The Portuguese-Brazilian translation of 'veja' is look. The founders of eco-ethical footwear and accessory brand Veja, Sébastien Kopp and François Morillion, want people to see beyond the final product.

“It means: ‘look beyond the sneakers, look how they are made’,” explains Morillion. “It means it is possible to turn the world inside out, to start something where everybody earns a decent income, from the organic cotton producers to the stores that distribute the shoes.”

The brand intends to set an example for others in the industry and have successfully proven that style doesn't have to be compromised.

Veja use organic materials, green energy and practice fair trade sourcing with complete transparency. They are refreshingly honest about limitations with regards to sourcing 100% eco-friendly materials and continuously strive to improve their environmental footprint.

Veja sell men's, women's and children's footwear and accessories.

Shipping varies depending on region.

Veja do not use advertising, however they can be found on Instagram and Facebook.
